Volunteer
opportunities: Each
year, the club relies on members to donate their time to help with the
route arrowing and food station staffing. We need to mark out about 200
miles for the 25, 50, 75, 100, and 125-mile routes, and provide support
during the day at the Wayland, Harvard, and Dunstable support stations.
This is a big effort, but it really is fun as well. Staffing the tables is
a great way to meet and interact with people from areas and clubs well
outside the NVP "territory"; marking the route gives you a
particularly detailed view of your section of the route, as well as giving
expression to your inner graffiti artist.
